Internet Addiction in youth seems to be increasing as technology advances. Youth are particularly considered vulnerable to such exposure as their academic lives show to be declining due to an increase in their technological lives. It's also been reported that numerous patrons are being affected through individual health due to this addiction, mainly resulting in insomnia otherwise known as a resistance of sleep, due to their late hours awake on these machines.
The database I used to source my information on the medical side of internet health was Google Scholar as it provided sufficient journal articles to support hypothesis's of insomnia being a result of internet addiction.
